Cancel WOWOW

My WOWOW. Sign in with the contract holder's web account, open 契約情報 and choose 解約. Family accounts cannot cancel. Without a web account WOWOW only offers chat or an email form.

Signed up through Apple or Amazon?

Then WOWOW cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.

If the button does not land you there

Open my.wowow.co.jp/my_wowow/ and sign in with the contract holder's web account
Open 契約情報
Choose 解約 and follow the screens
If you have no web account, use the chat operator (10am to 8pm) or the email form on the help page
If you subscribed through スカパー!, ひかりTV, J:COM, a cable company, the Amazon Appstore or the App Store, cancel with that provider instead
