Cancel WOWOW
My WOWOW. Sign in with the contract holder's web account, open 契約情報 and choose 解約. Family accounts cannot cancel. Without a web account WOWOW only offers chat or an email form.

- Open my.wowow.co.jp/my_wowow/ and sign in with the contract holder's web account
- Open 契約情報
- Choose 解約 and follow the screens
- If you have no web account, use the chat operator (10am to 8pm) or the email form on the help page
- If you subscribed through スカパー!, ひかりTV, J:COM, a cable company, the Amazon Appstore or the App Store, cancel with that provider instead
