Sign in to the WSJ Customer Center and open Manage Subscriptions. Digital subscribers in California and some other regions get an online Cancel Subscription button. Print subscribers and many others are still sent to phone on 1-800-568-7625.

- Select the subscription, then Cancel Subscription
- If no cancel option appears, call 1-800-568-7625

California law forces an online cancel path for online subscriptions. Reports elsewhere still describe a phone-only route for print.
