Cancel Wyze Cam Plus

Sign in on a computer and your plans list opens. Click Manage Plan next to the subscription, then under Change plan click Cancel plan, then confirm. The plan stays active to the end of the pay period and there is no prorated refund.

Signed up through Apple, Google Play or Amazon?

Then Wyze Cam Plus cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.

  1. On a computer go to my.wyze.com/account/plans and sign in
  2. Click Manage Plan next to the subscription
  3. Under Change plan click Cancel plan
  4. Click Yes, cancel to confirm
