Cancel Xbox Game Pass
Log in first, then open this link. Services and subscriptions lists Game Pass. Choose Manage, then Cancel subscription. Microsoft offers to pause or to just turn off recurring billing before it lets you cancel. Prepaid codes and suspended accounts cannot be cancelled here.
Go to Xbox Game Pass’s cancel page
Opens account.microsoft.com in a new tab. Their login page forgets where you were going, so open this after you are signed in.
Signed up through PayPal?
Then Xbox Game Pass cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.
What to expect

- Sign in at account.microsoft.com with the Microsoft account that bought Game Pass
- Open Services and subscriptions
- Find Xbox Game Pass or PC Game Pass and choose Manage
- Choose Turn off recurring billing to keep access until the renewal date, or Cancel subscription to end it now
