Cancel Xfinity

There is no online cancel button. Call 1-800-934-6489, schedule a call back after signing in, or visit an Xfinity Store. Xfinity will offer to move, pause or reprice the service first. Xfinity Mobile and NOW Internet are cancelled separately.

  2. Or open xfinity.com/cancel, choose Schedule a call and sign in to book a call back
  3. Or visit an Xfinity Store
  4. Moving home, pausing for a season or on military deployment? Xfinity offers a transfer, a temporary hold or a suspension from the same page
  5. Xfinity Mobile is separate: transfer your number before you cancel it. NOW Internet is cancelled through its own portal
