Zap cancels by phone on 1300 927 348 or by email to customer care. There is a 30 day notice period from the date you ask, and you pay every debit that falls due inside it. Inside the minimum term a cancellation fee of 195 to 380 dollars applies.

  2. New member inside the 7 day cooling off period: contact your club instead
  3. Expect 30 days notice from the date of the request, and pay the debits that fall due in it
  4. Inside the minimum term, expect a cancellation fee of 195 to 380 dollars depending on plan and time remaining
  5. In South Australia the specified supply period replaces the 30 days
