Cancel ZenBusiness

Self service cancellation from the dashboard is only offered in CA, CO, DE, HI, IL, NY, TN and DC. Everywhere else you have to contact support, and Registered Agent always does. Each service cancels on its own. Cancelling does not dissolve your LLC.

  1. Sign in at zenbusiness.com
  2. Click the profile icon and open Account Settings
  3. Open Subscriptions and find the service you want to stop
  4. Choose Cancel, or Do Not Renew
  5. If your state is not on the self service list, or the service is Registered Agent, contact support at zenbusiness.com/contact-us
