Cancel Zoom

Log in first, then open this link. Find the plan and click Cancel Plan, then confirm. The plan runs to the end of the current term. Cloud recordings are deleted 30 days after the subscription ends.

Go to Zoom’s cancel page

Opens zoom.us in a new tab. Their login page forgets where you were going, so open this after you are signed in.

Sign in at zoom.us
Click your profile picture, then Plans and billing
Find the plan and click Cancel Plan
Confirm the cancellation
If you see Contact Sales instead of Cancel Plan, you have to contact Zoom sales
