Cancel Zwift

Sign in and choose Cancel membership under Membership. You pick a reason, then confirm. You keep riding until the end of the billing period. Pausing is offered as an alternative.

Signed up through Apple?

Then Zwift cannot cancel it for you. Use the store you paid through instead.

Open My Profile, then Settings, then Billing
Under Membership choose Cancel membership
Pick a reason and confirm the cancellation
